In the tradition of American ladderback chairs, this beautiful profile pairs clean, honest lines with a specialty Chinoiserie-influenced painted finish. The featured black finish is accompanied by ruled edging in a translucent gold-ochre glaze; all profiles are available with or without the edging detail in a range of other finishes from the Hickory Chair line. An upholstered seat adds a soft counterpoint to the precise geometry of the frame. The bar or counter stools would be an easy addition to any kitchen island.
