Mariette Himes Gomez created a pair of functional wood trays to adorn a metal frame base that was inspired by table base made of square metal tubing while shopping the Bon Marché, a French flea market. The distinctive profile of the metal frame features a continuous line with "U" shaped vertical members connected by a rectangular frame which supports two removable wood trays, which may be purchased separately. The metal is a burnished bronze color while the trays are available in any Hickory Chair finish. Jacques is the standard and only finish on the base. Oxford is the standard finish on the trays.
