Her knowledge and approach demonstrated a high level of professionalism that helped to create an ease and comfort in making the purchase. Since I am from out-of-state, she sent me pictures of the items to ensure I was okay with proceeding with the purchase. Arcadia Home Delivery was also highly professional with the delivery. The furniture items were well-packed, delivered in excellent condition and assembled on-site. Overall we were very pleased with the experience and would do business with this company again.
