She helped me by mailing color samples of the leather twice. She discussed the grades of the leather with me to help me understand the characteristics of each grade. Leslie also answered my questions about when the sales happen and when free shipping is available. She helped me to secure the best deal possible. Leslie has continually returned my calls with any concerns I have had throughout the process. I would definitely purchase furniture from her again.
