I called Hickory Park randomly for help on finding a discontinued chair and I was so lucky that Leslie Dauphinee was on the other end of the call. Leslie was so helpful and timely in all she did to help me. And I was able to get the LAST chair from the manufacturer because of her resourcefulness!
