Within minutes of requesting a quote, I received a call from Diane. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very helpful comparing the quality of the different brands of bedroom sets I was considering. I saved not hundreds, but thousands of $, compared several furniture stores close to me. We couldn’t love the result any more! i have even since purchased another sectional from her that was on clearance. After getting a crazy high quote locally for a pair of chairs, I contacted Hickory Park Furniture online to get a quote for the exact chairs I wanted with my own fabric. I was contacted by Diane Siers Lambert very quickly afterward and after some questions, she gave me a quote which was close to half the price of the local furniture place. I was able to order my fabric and have it sent directly to her so they could transfer it direct to the manufacturer which was not far from them. Everything was very organized and communication was very prompt whether it was in response to my questions or giving me updates during the process. I'd highly recommend Hickory Park and Danielle based on this experience.
