I had an excellent experience designing and purchasing my furniture from Hickory Park Furniture. Danielle Siers Lambert was very helpful and patient, and communicated well throughout the process.

Our experience with Hickory Park Furniture was fantastic.
Our salesperson, Leslie, was able to give us a much more competitive price on this leather sofa than our local furniture dealer.

She helped us decide on a beautiful leather and we could not be happier with the choice.

Hickory Park also assigned a fantastic delivery company (Arcadia Home Delivery) who bought it about 250 miles, securely wrapped in furniture blankets and a plastic sleeve.

Even with the leather upgrade (class 4) and delivery charge it was still a better price than our local dealer.

Leslie has also been prompt in returning voicemails and emails.

Service and quality!

Melinda in customer service needs this five star. We had a usual problem mainly with manufacture- she defined what customer service should be! Her efforts are the difference between staying a customer or going elsewhere!

Kendra was so very helpful in getting the replacement cushion for our chair! She handled all the warranty questions and arranged for the cushion to be shipped to their warehouse for our pickup. It was a joy working with her on this project!

Extremely impressed with the entire shopping experience! Anna Edward went above and beyond and is very personable. Every single person we spoke with throughout the time there was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. You can tell their overall goal is simply to provide a quality experience for the customer. We also appreciate the helpful staff at the loading dock who went above and beyond. We saved thousands of dollars with our purchases. You have a customer for life!

Hickory Park furniture was great to deal with. I asked lots of questions which Leslie answered for me. The best part was the delivery was weeks earlier but was very happy and then the delivery people from Arcadia called a day early to see if I could do it one day earlier and I was home and said come on over. It was actually more convenient on the earlier day. They were clean neat and the furniture arrived without a scratch. I would def recommend Hickory and Leslie for your next purchase.

Within minutes of requesting a quote, I received a call from Diane. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very helpful comparing the quality of the different brands of bedroom sets I was considering. I saved not hundreds, but thousands of $, compared several furniture stores close to me. Would definitely reach out to Diane again when the need arises.
