I bought my first leather loveseat from Adam at Palliser. He went above and beyond to answer all of my first timer questions from the choice of fabric, to colors and swatches, and others. Adam made sure I felt good about what I purchased and kept in touch to ensure prompt delivery. I will be buying again from Adam in the future after a long-distance move planned in the Spring.

I purchased my sectional, my den furniture and my dining set from Adam… (Both the sectional and the den furniture were custom ordered) He was so helpful and knowledgeable... I even ordered additional items for the sectional down the road and he responded right away to my text, got me everything I wanted and had it ordered and delivered quickly. Through the whole process, he was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him and La-Z-Boy.

I replaced my 29 year old recliner with 2 recliner which I purchased from Hickory Park Furniture. Leslie Dauphinee was so very helpful through the whole process. She helped me by mailing color samples of the leather twice. She discussed the grades of the leather with me to help me understand the characteristics of each grade. Leslie also answered my questions about when the sales happen and when free shipping is available. She helped me to secure the best deal possible. Leslie has continually returned my calls with any concerns I have had throughout the process. I would definitely purchase furniture from her again.
