I worked with Leslie Dauphinee @ hickory park furniture to furniture sets. She was informative on furniture pieces, cost, sizing, fit, and availability. It was a smooth process for delivery and payment as well. I very much appreciate her guidance in getting it done while placing trust on the quality of furniture ordered confirmed when delivered.

We were specifically looking for a recliner couch. We purchased Laz-y Boy in the past, but their pleather on the sofas literally peeled away and customer service did not stand behind their product. We met Adam. He was very patient, knowledgeable and listened.He helped us make a decision that we believe our family enjoy for years to come. Thank you Adam.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Adam was great! He answered all of our questions — and trust me, there were a lot. He never got frustrated, even when we changed our minds twice, which really says a lot. Great experience overall!

Adam provided unprecedented service. We ordered an electronic leather love seat with a center console. The piece came in sooner than predicted from the factory and was delivered to us much sooner than promised by the delivery company. My wife and I recently purchased a Temple sofa and love seat from Hickory Park Furniture and Leslie Dauphinee was our salesperson. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of the various brands and fabrics and I would urge you to ask for her to help with any design and furniture needs! The delivery process was very good as well, the furniture was securely wrapped and padded for the delivery from Hickory to Sunset Beach.

Leslie Dauphinee at Hickory Park is great to work with. My Bassett power reclining sofa is awesome. Leslie sent me sample fabric and helped me configure the sofa with the best options. In the end, I saved $$$ working with Leslie and shipping the sofa from Hickory Park to NJ.
